STIHL Backpack brushcutters FR 131 T

A versatile tool for mowing work in areas that are difficult to access. Simplified start-up sequence for effortless starting, split shaft for space-saving transport, multi-function handle, loop handle. 4-MIX® engine with larger fuel tank, stop button. Supplied with AutoCut mowing head as standard.

Detachable shaft

The shaft can be detached without the use of tools for easy storage and transport.

Loop handle

The brushcutter loop handle is ideal when working in confined spaces and mowing around obstacles.

Stop switch

The multi-function control handle features a stop switch which automatically reverts back to the start position for a quicker, simple restart.

Shoulder strap / carrying system

Using a STIHL shoulder strap or carrying harness with soft padding makes work more comfortable, particularly during lengthy jobs.

Anti-vibration system

Intense vibration at the handles of power tools can lead to long-term effects on blood vessels in the hands and arms. STIHL has developed an effective anti-vibration system whereby the oscillations from the machine's engine are dampened which significantly reduces vibrations at the handles.

Goggles

It is important to protect your eyes from debris and harmful UV radiation. A pair of safety glasses is supplied with this machine. Please note, additional face protection must be worn when working with brushcutters.
